FAQ

Pin Grading 

 Grading is subjective to each pin maker, and can vary from shop to shop.

Please remember that every pin is handmade and that it is rare to find a “perfect” pin. My grading is based upon that fact. My pins are not “collectors grade”. 

Standard: Minimal to no flaws. Hard to spot unless you’re searching for them upon close inspection. Flaws on the back do not affect the grade of the pin unless they have broken or missing posts. 

B Grade: Some flaws. Doesn’t affect the overall look of the pin from an arms length away. This could include small chips, dents, scratches, small oxidized areas on metal and small spaces missing enamel.

C Grade: Big noticeable flaws such as large scratches dents or stains and large spaces missing enamel or plating. Flaws can be spotted very easily.

Pre-orders 

Please be aware that “pre-order” means that the specific item you are purchasing has yet to be put into production and every purchase will go towards that item being funded and produced. Therefore, once purchased, no refunds will be accepted. Production time can take anywhere between 1-3 months. If you are unable to wait that amount of time for your item, please refrain from pre-ordering and purchase once items are in hand.

If any item is unable to reach its funding goal, all customers will be refunded.

Pre-orders will be shipped once all items are in hand. Sometimes this can take 1-3 months to arrive to my doorstep, depending on the complexity and size of the pin design. Please allow an additional 4-7 days for grading, prepping, and shipping. Tracking numbers will be provided once orders are ready to ship. 

If you purchase in stock items with a pre-order, those items will be held until the pre-ordered item is in stock. To avoid the wait, please purchase the items separately. 

Shipping

Shipping destinations:

  • I ship both domestically and internationally.
  • UK and EU will unfortunately no longer come with package insurance. Any import/export fees must be payed by the buyer. 

Shipping times:

  • Packages get shipped every Friday.
  • Depending on your date of purchase, shipping and handling can take up 3-7 days. Once shipped, domestic orders can take between 2 to 10 business days to be delivered to you.
  • International orders take 2 to 12 weeks depending on carrier.
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

  • Shipping costs may vary, depending on the destination and carrier. Full price will be displayed upon checkout

Covid-19

  • Due to COVID-19 and recent events with USPS, there may be delays in production and shipping. Please feel free to reach out to me at aurybqart@gmail.com if you have any questions about the status of your order. 

Refunds

 Please review the item description before purchasing.

If you experience an issue with an order (such as damaged or missing items), please contact me at aurybqart@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and a brief summary of your issue, along with photos or additional information that may be relevant.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case by case basis. I am currently not accepting returns or exchanges for pre-orders and in-hand products.
